The 24 hour war, just kidding its just 12 hours of working out.

This term I took a class called Endurance. In this class, we learned about how different people in history have demonstrated endurance and how that has pushed us all forward as a society. So far I have really liked the class because it appeals to something I think is really important, endurance, and the capacity to continue moving forward even if things get hard. Not only do I find the topic interesting but I also think that the class has been interesting. For example the first day of class we held a piece of ice until we couldn't any longer. This was an absolutely fascinating experiment to me because at the 30 second mark a couple of classmates had already dropped out and by the one minute mark half the class was gone. Within five minutes there were only two people left myself and J. In five minutes I was not even phased by the cold piece of ice in my hands but all but one classmate had given up on the challenge. I wondered what was going through their heads when they let go of the ice. At the 30 second mark nothing would have happened to cause any damage to the person and the same goes for anything under 5 minutes. If you knew that there could be nothing harmful to come out of it what would make you let go. I pondered the question for the course of the class and in the end I decided that someones ability to endure difficult situations is a combination of their childhood and their mindset. I took on the challenge of doing a one hour workout for 12 days and trying to accomplish better results each day. Below is the video of what I did to accomplish my goal. I asked the question, would it be possible for me to stick to a single goal everyday for the course of two weeks? I also asked whether I would get better or if I would plateau?
